Maria Home shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience beyond its control or for events arising as a consequence of accidents or force majeure. If such an event compromises the stay, Maria Home will take all necessary measures to relocate the guest(s) to accommodation with similar characteristics or provide a proportional refund for the remaining days.

Complaints made after check-out will not be taken into consideration, and therefore the customer will not be entitled to claim compensation.
